A useful tip! Compare the measurements of one of your own products at home with those listed in this guide.

Position the tape's end at the side of the collar at the top of the tee (at the Highest Point Shoulder) and extend the tape to the shirt's bottom.

Position the tape at the seam below the sleeve and stretch it across to the seam under the opposite sleeve.
